We’ve added some exciting new components to the award.

Local / Organizational Recipients. Each TeleTech location / organization has been given an allocation of awards to recognize employees on a local level each quarter. The top nominations – as determined by a leadership committee – will be chosen for local recognition.

Global Recognition. The top nomination per location / organization will be submitted to Corporate HQ to be considered for the quarterly global Values in Action award. These elite recipients will receive special recognition for their commitment to our values.
